A bestiary of the everyday — bodies, beasts and botany framed as quiet portraits of the living world.

About the project

Creatures of the Earth is an ongoing still photography series exploring the kinship between human, animal and plant forms. Each frame is built as a small altar: one subject, one surface, one breath of light.

We approached the work as natural history rendered in studio — careful sourcing of organic materials, hand-built backdrops in earth pigments, and a restrained palette that lets texture do the talking.
